What can I ship? Are there any restrictions?
There are restrictions in what you can ship, it also varies depending on your point of destination. Contraband examples that cannot be shipped are Drugs to include Prescription Pills, Guns to include Gun Parts and Ammunition, Currency over $10,000 to include Endorsed Checks and Child Pornography to include Pictures and Videos. Can I track my packages? How will I know my cargo has reached its point of destination?
We will send you e-mail notifications when your cargo has left our warehouse and when it has successfully reached its point of destination.
Do you have a pick-up service?
For the convenience of our customers we offer a safe and reliable pick-up service.
How do I know if my cargo needs a license?
There are certain commodities that do need a license to ship and needs to be acquired in the receiving country before the cargo is shipped. This also varies depending on your point of destination. How can I safeguard myself when shipping fragile or high value items?
To better safeguard your fragile and high-valued items we recommend that you package your goods properly and insure your goods with us.
How long do I need to plan when shipping?
The months of October to January are peak season please allow at least 4 weeks prior notice for all bookings if necessary.
